We can Butcher your own reared livestock to your specific requirements. Everything is Vaccum Packed and labled.
We can also collect your carcasses from the abattoir
 
 
Cattle £200.00 (up to a 340kg carcus then £1.00 per kilo over)
 
We can firstly allow the Beef to mature on the bone for up to 14days prior to butchering.
Price includes Sausages, Burgers, Beef Olives, Mince and Stew. Roasts and Streaks are cut to your specification.
 
Lamb/Hogs/Ewes £17.00 (up to 25kg then £1.00 per kilo over)
 
Lamb, Hogs or Ewes are cut to your specification and can be boxed in Half or Whole carcasses.
 
Pigs £45.00 (up to 70kg then £1.00 per kilo over)
 
Pigs are cut to your specification and can be boxed in Half or Whole carcasses.
Price includes Sausages.
Bacon and Gammon can be made at an extra cost of £10.00 per pig.
